2nd shift 6p to 6a (2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability
to troubleshoot and repair all equipment as needed both electrical and mechanical.
Hydraulic,
Pneumatic, and Thermal system experience.
PLC
exposure with automation; understand ladder logic and the effects on processes
to troubleshoot equipment.
Experience
with high speed precision assembly and fabrication platforms.
Knowledge
of tooling; operate Milling Machines, Lathe, Surface Grinder and other related
tool room machinery.
Process
Improvement, Cycle Time Reduction and Innovation.
Strictly
adhere to Safety Procedures and LOTO.
Perform
at a high level of competency and consistency as part of a team and as an
individual.
A
positive attitude and desire to perform at your best ability.
Perform
all work or tasks as instructed by Group Lead, Supervisor or Manager.
Minimum Qualification
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Two
(2) year degree, certificate or diploma with a concentration in
Electrical/Electronic Maintenance and or Industrial Systems.
Ten
(10) or more years of actual maintenance experience.
Experience
working on three-phase 480-volt wiring, 24-volt panels.
Troubleshoot
and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge
of programmable logic controllers; Siemens and Allen Bradley.
Ability to work and collaborate
with team members and other departments.
