Sorting of PO’s and orders, updating file with Ship and Promise Dates. Identify subs and Fill out appropriate forms and attach prints. Track and identify NLA parts, fill out forms and attach prints. Work with Material Planners to satisfy PO’s, print po’s, get approvals from planners and ensure parts are shipped in a timely manner. Work with Purchasing to order obsolete parts when needed. Work with Engineering to confirm interchangeable subs. Work with Charlotte Planners to establish Lifetime Buy quantities to ensure all po’s are issued and ensure parts are shipped in timely manner. Print BOM for kits and assemblies. Maintain healthy inventory of boxes and bubble wrap. Update shipping priority based on SCS report and expedite withing lead times and Defer. Understand KPI’s, backorders and past dues. Keep track of all shipments and prevent double shipments. Complete all Audits, corrective packing slips and corrective actions. Schedule pickups of Service parts from Grifton, to transport parts and create proactive list to limit trips. Make sure all material is removed from system working with the Service clerk and backup for both Service Clerk and Service Clerk. Make sure all packing list are created and accurate with Service Clerk and backup for Service Clerk and Receiving Clerk. Utilize Rex, how to view P.O.’s, how to view usage (monthly and yearly), how to view inventory quantity and status. Create or collect, copy, distribute and file documents & reports for the Service Department. Maintain computer files for shipments, receipts, and inventory to include data entry, resolution of incomplete or inaccurate data, and audits to assure data integrity. Conduct physical audits/recounts to ensure accuracy of service documents. Collect, maintain, and communicate daily priorities for service.

Minimum Qualification

-Associates Degree desirable for this position, or a two-year degree in a related business field. -Job requires excellent reading, writing, and math skills. -Working knowledge of MS office products and database skills: Excel (to sort P.O.’s, orders and update files with Ship and Promise dates), Word, Power Point and Access and MAPICS (MRP) systems. -Must be able to accurately enter data. Must enjoy detail work such as proofreading, list comparisons, and inventory audits. -Must be able to communicate and cooperate with outside truck drivers and dispatchers as well as plant personnel. -Self-starter, able to manage conflicting priorities and uneven workload.
