Lean Engineer

The Lean Engineer will take care of the improvement, efficiency and optimization of the manufacturing processes in the Plant in Zabrze. 

Responsibilities:

• Support to all manufacturing processes in:
-  Standard work definition (working instruction preparation)
-  Layout and Design for Workplaces 
• Ensure ergonomics solutions in above activities
• Time measurement and Production Lines balancing
• Continuous improvement of processes for direct labour efficiency 
• Support to manufacturing into start up new equipment.  Verify critics operational aspects, bottlenecks and identify and put in place corrective solutions related to direct labour
• Make analysis
• Creating technical specification for new machines and equipment 

You:

• Engineering degree (preferred in electronics or electrical)
• At least 2 years of experience in international manufacturing environment
• Project management experience 
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge
• English and Polish language required 
• REFA methodology knowledge will be a plus

• You are agile. You demonstrate acumen, good judgment and decision making and adaptability
• You are open. You don’t hesitate to cross-collaborate and bring outside-in perspective
• You show energy. You are motivated and driven to deliver results
• Excellent team working 
• Problem solving, data analysis skills 
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive
• Ability to work in a matrix organization, building strong and valid relationships with all the functions in the organization
• Attitude to continuous improvement in all the job areas
