Talent, Learning & Performance team is responsible for the administration, support and advisory Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners from Europe on Learning, Talent and Performance processes and LMS usage. This role focuses administration of learning journey dedicated for all Line Managers in the region. 

Essential duties of Learning Specialist: 
• managing and organizing training sessions (end to end),
• maintain the internal training system,
• establishing and maintaining network with internal trainers,
• sessions advertisement,
• cooperation with HQ stakeholders,
• support and advisory for Line Managers and HR Business Partners.

• very good English skills, written and spoken,
• learning management system implementation or maintenance experience will be an asset,
• min. 1 year of experience in coordinating role (preferably in HR area),
• excellent customer service skills,
• MS Office skills.

• a good organizer, 
• a strong team player who takes initiative,
• willing to take on responsibility.
