The role of Project Leader is a unique opportunity for an open-minded and passionate product & process quality engineer who knows how to lead ambitious projects, to build a fruitful collaboration with others and achieve excellent results.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Coordinating the DVT/MVT/MP trial production processes, verifying the availability and compatibility of components (purchase and technology area). 
• Control of assembly process during production of DVT/MVT/MP test batch.
• Supervising the implementation of NVR changes. 
• Testing of trial batch equipment.
• Creation of reports on the various stages of implementation of the new project / product.
• Supervision of tested devices from the DVT/MVT/MP sample batch (function, aesthetic tests) in the Quality Laboratory.  
• Internal communication on the status of implementation of changes to the product/project.

• Preferred at least 3 years of experience with manufacturing quality in the international company
• Experience in project management 
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and tools 
• Good analytical and methodical problem solving skills
• Goal-oriented, persevering, focused on quality
• Self-organized, able to share attention between short and long term goals
• Required languages: Fluent Polish and very good English written and spoken
