• Order processing in JDE order to cash modules, and related coordination in ship-out process

JDE系统销售订单模块的信息录入,核对及相关的出货协调、跟进工作;

• Check the order from clients, follow up all related matters from order entry to delivery;

从客户端接受订单,并安排后续从录入到发货的所有事宜;

• Coordinate with sales and credit team to follow up price issue and order release

与销售和财务核对订单价格,并跟进价格修订和信用解保;

• Upload the B2C order in system(JD-POP&TMALL)

完成公司B2CJD-POP&TMALL)订单的录入;

• Summarize the spare-parts order daily, follow up all related for after-sales services center;

零备件订单的发货整理,及后续网点的反馈和相关事宜的跟进;

• Take care other order type such as goods return and goods exchange from order process aspect

退货订单、换货订单以及其他订单类型的跟进;

• Inform warehouse & logistics company for shipment

通知仓库和物流送货明细(包括经销商,B2C,零备件等);

• Work with logistics & planning to keep inventory accuracy and control inventory setting;

当销售人员询问出货进度时,作为桥梁协调储运和采购下单人员跟进发运;

• Take care invoice correcting, invoice change and other order process related issues

当错票、换票及其他与订单流程有关的特殊事件发生时,进行相应的JDE系统内的处理;

• 3PL warehouse stock management and make sure the stock balance between Electrolux and warehouse

第三方仓库库存管理,确保系统库存和仓库库存的有效性和一致性;

• Warehouse operation monitor and control including routine inbound, outbound and return goods. And coordinate with after sales team to finish return goods inspection and re-location.

仓库运作的监管和控制,包括入库,出库,退货;以及与售后部门的联系,包括退货的检验和重新归位。

• Handle the inventory transfer and adjustment in system. And finish the monthly inventory report.

负责系统库存的转移和调整。完成并提交每月的库存报表。

• Other ad hoc work from department or direct manager in assisting achieving financial departmental missions.

部门及直属领导安排的其他旨在达成本部门使命的工作,包括但不限于文档准备或备份,数据统计,事项跟进等。

• Related experience is plus.
