Loyalty & CRM Manager Nordics, to Nordic Marketing team, Stockholm

This journey involves getting strong brand loyalty and giving our consumers the experiences they expect and didn’t know they wanted. Our aim is a step-by-step redefinition of our ownership and loyalty experience in order to drive aftermarket sales of products and services. Enter the Loyalty & CRM Manager who is a master of consumer behaviour and insights and turning these know how’s into action.

With a true passion for building brand loyalty and advocacy, you will lead our loyalty projects in the Nordic markets – both online and offline. Having the insights into what drives and motivates our consumers your expertise will create the frameworks for our marketing performance and consumer journey as well as our CRM marketing strategies and improvement processes. You are the subject matter expert in brand loyalty and will take lead on our projects to evolve our consumer journey.

• University degree in marketing or similar field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, loyalty marketing, and CRM management
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, oral and written
