Summary Responsible for supporting Green Spirit, Facilities and Zero Landfill initiatives. Perform tasks related to energy savings and reduction in waste to landfill. Tasks to include proper equipment shutdown audits, power usage tracking and documentation of energy reduction projects. Identify, track and sustain zero landfill projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct and track energy and water audits; document and maintain accurate records of usage. Work independently and as a team contributor on energy and water savings initiatives to eliminate waste, utilizing effective Root Cause Analysis and develop action plans based on the analysis. Track and document Zero Landfill metrics. Cultivate an environment that will build and strengthen Green Spirit goals and objectives. Use CMMS Maintenance System to submit work orders. Ability to troubleshoot and repair all equipment as needed both electrical and mechanical. PLC exposure with automation; understand ladder logic and the effects on processes to troubleshoot equipment. Experience with high-speed precision assembly and fabrication platforms. Knowledge of tooling; operate Milling Machines, Lathe, Surface Grinder and other related tool room machinery. Process Improvement, Cycle Time Reduction, Innovation and Lean Manufacturing. Strictly adhere to Safety Procedures and LOTO. Perform at a high level of competency and consistency as part of a team and as an individual. A positive attitude and desire to perform at your best ability. Perform all work or tasks as instructed by Group Lead, Supervisor or Manager. Responsible for applying all requirements related to EMS, ISO9001/14001/50001/Green Sprit according to the position. The activities to be carried out include the following energy management system information, indicated but not limited to: -Knowledge and understanding of the energy policy of the plant, which must follow and promote, as well as knowledge and identification of the Significant Energy Uses (SEUs) and its operational controls, maintenance, objectives, actions plans and energy indicators performance.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Two (2) year degree, certificate, or diploma. Five (5) years of manufacturing experience. Ability to work and collaborate with team members and other departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in energy management systems ISO 50001 (Significant Energy Uses, Energy Policy, objectives and actions plans, operational controls and energy indicator performance).
