We are looking for a self-motivated and well-organized individual, acting proactively with “can do” attitude, positive energy and providing professional service for management.
You will focus on:

• Preparing of documents (official letters, orders, decisions, correspondence etc.) 
• Keeping records and conducting internal and external documentation (accounting documents and e-mail) 
• Supporting for External and Internal Audits (IKEA, STOP, Code of Conduct) Meeting rooms booking support and their equipment 
• Coordinating meetings and working time of Plant Manager Support of current activities of PMT 
• Co-ordination and Communication Satisfaction Survey
• Organization of business meetings in the company 
• Organizing events for employees 
• Supply of articles administrative - business 
• Managing internal communication and keeping local company newsletter 
• Cooperation with the relevant departments of the company 
• Responsibility for requests for business travel and booking - plane tickets, train tickets, car hire, accommodation, international exhibitions

Education & experience:

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Management 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. 
• Fluent in English and  Polish.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
