Business Area & the role

Within Digital HR the People Technologies team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our digital solutions supporting Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent and Learning & Development. The team works closely with each process area in supporting and delivering on their vision and process. Through collaboration with these teams and other stakeholder, we ensure that we as a company stay in the forefront of what the Digital HR landscape has to offer. Our mission is to provide a state-of-the-art end user experience and processes in the tools we use in order our employees to be engaged, grow and develop while working at Electrolux.

In addition to creating a strong end-user experience we also have a responsibility to a provide strong service delivery to our various stakeholders and teams we work with across all platforms within our echo-system. It is our responsibility is to ensure a holistic outlook so that we can deliver a great experience to all our customers and teams we work with.

With this in mind, we are now looking for someone to join us and lead the People technologies. You will be working side by side with the Manager of HR Data and Integration who leads the second half of the Digital HR team and reporting into the Director of Digital HR. Together with the Manager for HR Data and Integrations you will be responsible for driving and evolving our Service Delivery approach within Digital HR.

Your main tasks:

• Run the people technologies team on a day-to-day basis

• Experience in working with a wide variety of Digital HR platforms and tools (Cornerstone on Demand & Success factors preferred)

• Worked with and understand the foundation of common HR process such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Performance Management etc.

• Relevant experience in working with Cloud Vendors (SaaS)

• Experience from leading/owning/being responsible for the service delivery of a team/function

• Relevant experience in putting strong processes in place for release management, change requests, GDPR request and access requests etc.

• Strong understanding of agile and how to implement these tools and ways of working into our daily work

• Strong understanding of GDPR and the impacts on our systems setup and ways of working

• Incident, problem and change management

• Point of contact for all GDPR related question for Digital HR

• Lead, motivate and develop the employees in the unit, by high engagement, listening and clarity in performance objectives, both short and long term. Driving the team with passion while still being humble in the leadership role.


• Managerial experience of at least 2-3 years.

• Growth mindset with a can-do attitude to work towards short- and long-term objectives 

• Customer and end user focus with a service mindset ensuring value creation and satisfaction 

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaboration mindset both within and outside the immediate team

• Strong people and personal leadership skills, self-drive and excellency in building relations 

• Structured, fact based and persistent, also in times of uncertainty.

• Curious who always look for improvements with guts to challenge current state and ways of working

• Act as a change agent to drive change and improvement

• Decision maker who makes decision fact based through analysis and strategic outlook

• A value creator mindset as opposed to cost control
