In this role you will identify and implement improvement activities within the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, efficiency, quality, and cost.  You will champion new equipment and manufacturing processes that support the industrialization of products and technology.  The successful candidate will be a technical leader, fostering collaboration and team building while upholding the organization’s core values. You will be responsible for on time and on budget delivery of all projects that meet objectives.


  • Prepare technical specifications for equipment according to Global Manufacturing Engineering Guidelines.
  • Develop control and procedures to maintain consistent process results
  • Supervise new equipment installation and startup
  • Perform the manufacturability analysis of new products, technology, and automation.
  • Work stations design, standardized work instructions and manning requirements
  • Design and implement factory projects considering lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
  • PFMEA, Design for Automation and Design for Manufacturing
  • Support production feasibility analysis and ensure implementation of digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Research and facilitate innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processes
  • Perform vendor searches and equipment evaluations to ensure process capability.  Produce products in required quantities at an effective cost.
  • Generate capital investment request required for activities.  Ensure compliance with timing and budget requirements.

Minimum Qualification


  • Engineering University degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • 3+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in manufacturing process design and improvements
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills
  • Experience leading cross functional teams to complete projects
