Your Role

Responsible for Manufacturing process, Assembly line and conveyor system of Refrigerator manufacturing to ensure Product build in an optimized way from production planning to delivery.
Be a part of the manufacturing engineering team using ‘state of the art’ techniques in a mixed model manufacturing environment.

A Typical Day

Assure successful for Assembly line and conveyor system design, specification, acquisition, installation and commissioning.
Manage to assure equipment is well maintained in optimal condition and safely.
Play an important role for continuous improvement in manufacturing process.
Coordinate with other departments and supplier to support industrial design for new product to achieve factory KPI.
Continuous improvement project to achieve factory KPI.

Core Competencies
Strong in Manufacturing processes, Assembly line and Conveyor system preferably home appliance manufacturing.
Strong problem diagnostic techniques and ability to conduct root cause analysis
Good knowledge Home appliance manufacturing.
Auto CAD and MS Office tools.
Able to communicate very well (both written and verbal) to all levels of company personnel, and with outside contacts.
