Manufacturing Engineer - Refrigerant
Responsible for Machine and equipment of Refrigerator manufacturing to ensure Product build in an optimized way from production planning to delivery.
Be a part of the manufacturing engineering team using ‘state of the art’ techniques in a mixed model manufacturing environment.
A Typical Day
Assure successful for new Automation equipment or processes design, specification, acquisition, installation and commissioning.
Manage to ensure efficiency of existing machine and equipment is well maintained in an optimal condition to support production as well as recommending improvements by integrating new technologies.
Play an important role for continuous improvement in manufacturing process including Automation integration and Digital transformation.
Coordinate with other departments and supplier to support industrial design for new product to achieve factory KPI.
Who You Are
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Tooling or Industrial
Minimum 5 years in Part/Product Development in the R&D department of Home appliances industry
Experienced in Cost Reduction project is preferred.
Knowledge in Design & Development of Mechanical components of Home appliances
Knowledge in Washing machine/Dryer and understand BOM Structure
Knowledge in Engineering Change process and Drawing revision
Technical skills: Mechanical design, Plastic Injection, Stamping or Die Casting
Computer skill: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
CAD skills: CATIA, NX, Solid Work, etc.
