We are looking for a Manufacturing IoT Engineer to join EMEA Industrial Operations: a new team born at the beginning of this year responsible to drive the digital transformation into 19 factories across EMEA region.

All our factories are starting to cooperate in a new way: AR projects in place, predictive maintenance pilots and customized remote platform services are allowing people working at two different locations to connect and exchange media content, in real time, and activate a remote support network when one of them is facing a challenge. This is just the beginning.

You will play a vital role in the development and progress of digital manufacturing solutions and manufacturing processes.

A regular day at work

You will contribute to developing an IoT program within our 19 factories.

You will research and facilitate innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processes, taking care the link with IT, offer a rapid and quick evaluation of the potential for piloting a minimum valuable product (MVP).  

You will look into possible IoT solutions, partners and opportunities to better understand what you can gain.

You will be an interplay between organization’s internal capabilities/practices (Manufacturing Engineers and IT organization) – and by looking beyond the obvious – it is possible to inspire the corporate imagination to explore a diverse array of new possibilities.

Education & experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment 
• Good understanding of industrial processes
• Understanding of coding & programming logic and software desirable
• Experience of designing and implementing iOS and Android related development projects is a plus
• Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing
• Degree in Engineering
