You will be based in Susegana, TV Italy in a modern open space office sitting with other colleagues dedicated to Manufacturing Engineering, Health & Safety, and IT services across Europe.

We are looking for a permanent position in our Group Manufacturing Engineering team to set the global guidelines for manufacturing and testing of Home appliance cooling circuit.  In this role you are asked to be the global referent of Electrolux plants on Joining technologies, Vacuum and refrigerant gas charge, leak detection, electrical and product performance tests. 

Your main tasks:
•Define global standards and procedures for cooling circuit manufacturing and testing, ensuring compliance with relevant industry technical standards
•Lead process technology selection and implementation
•Prepare technical specifications for equipment purchase, including safety and technical requirements according to GME guidelines
•Assess Sealed System process capability gaps and define action plans
•Support local IE’s in process design and execution of new installations
•Work on Process automation, developing new processes and establishing the global standards and technical specifications
•Act as the GME Subject Matter Expert in the PFMEA and DFMAA sessions

•Technical/Engineering University Degree (Bachelor or Master, Mechanic, Manufacturing, Business Engineer)
•Fluent English skills
•Experience in Home appliance Manufacturing or similar industry
•Experience in Automation equipment or processes design
•Experience in equipment validation and installation in industrial environment
•Experience in project management and New Product Introduction
•Knowledge of safety and industrial standards (esp. electrical testing places)
