Marketing Coordinator & Content Specialist

The Marketing Coordinator and Content Specialist will be a key player ensuring we deliver on our ability to engage our consumers’ in-store to see, understand and foremost feel engaged and excited about the Electrolux offering. 

If you create content that excites and understand the ins and outs of in-store excellence as well as having a knack for digital communication, you might be the person we are looking for. You thrive to make things happen and actively lean in to resolve any challenges and understand that “retail is detail” actually holds some truth to success. Moreover, you are not satisfied with creating and producing great content but you follow through and secure that the assets land in as many stores as possible.
In addition, we are looking for someone that be the glue of the team, see, connect and execute internal presentations on marketing plans across the different functional areas to share insights but also to capture needs on a continuous basis. 
 
A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK
Being the Marketing Coordinator and content specialist you will be the go-to person for everything in terms of content and assets in-store, be it novel digital displays, online ‘e-store’ assets or classic Point-of-Sale solutions. Aspire to be the retailers preferred choice of retail, 2.0 material- with the purpose of driving engagement, traffic and leads. Ask questions such as how can we know our customers better? How can we engage? How do we best meet our goals? How do we make sure that that our sales teams and retailers execute the material to 100%. Walking and calling across the organization to learn and network is key – You own your path to success.  Owning this role means having a brand publisher mindset – knowing what to say and how to measure it as well as managing everyone involved. This could be the central marketing team in Europe or the sales team in Nordics to make sure we understand the why and the how we will roll out our content.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Marketing
• Prior experience working in similar role
• Proven project management experience
• Experience in working in complex stakeholder environments
