The Marketing Manager is part of the Management team of Egypt , responsible for Leading and developing all Marketing & Trade Marketing plans for Egypt to ensure the delivery of the local market Net Sales, Margin & budget and brand goals across all product lines
Responsibility you will be having
Locally own the Brand Equity/BVP, positioning & Segmentation, ensure adherence with global guidelines and where relevant lead, develop and manage local differences in an effective and transparent way.
Ensure Marketing & Trade marketing Strategy is effectively developed, managed and deployed across all segments, the full portfolio and across all trade channels.
Development and Execution of Marketing plan that ensure sales and gross margin targets are met for channels and product groups as defined in the annual budget
With Cluster marketing Define and effectively manage the Marketing budget (Brand/Comms/Research/TM etc) and support over-arching budget management process for TMO and Ownership Solutions
Lead digital transformation and execution across digital touch points (Search/ Social / Website / E-Commerce assets) for effective deployment of the channel
Develop and lead with Ownership solutions team the consumer communication and immersion of Egypt Service Center (19999) into the portfolio of brands and assets for the company with all consumer facing material and plans/analysis
Effectively manage strategic alliances, agencies and suppliers. Ensure effective communication and relationship to deliver on all objectives.
Be the contact for Consumer research Quantitative and Qualitative; from planning, budget and research execution including analysis and recommendations.
Define and manage the Consumer Marketing Activities across all channels; including ATL/BTL/commercial PR & product plans/Influencers/Digital/Activation.
With Homezone Effectively, manage the ongoing analysis, creation and production of all cross channel Trade Marketing and Sales material, including development of our Zanussi/HomeZone channel and store design as a consumer tool.
Drive, develop and represent the Marketing and Commercial material & deployment through CP checkpoints for all relevant product lines.
With local purchasing Set the direction and scope for Procurement/Purchasing related to marketing and trade marketing to ensure a smooth and fit to purpose annual rooster of contracted suppliers.
Continually audit and analyze the company’s competitive position to highlight competitor activity and new opportunities for share growth for Electrolux group
Continually coach and develop the team on technical and soft skills through individual sessions and on the job training
Who you are
10 years of experience in a relevant role ( of which 5 at least in a managerial role )
Highly skilled in Consumer Insight / Communication development / Consumer Research (Quant and Qual) and In-store/Trade environment development
Excellent presentation skills & ability to present information in a concise and solution oriented way
High level of numeric and analytical skill
