Role and Responsibilities
Quickly and comprehensively understand project market of assigned region related to business opportunity so that define and develop short-term and long-term plans that are comprehensive and realistic for Key Account Project Channel;
Set up the business strategies and sales account plans for Key Account Project Channel and implement a professional project sales system/process, including pricing strategy, project tracking, information collection, bidding and negotiation, contract management, goods delivery, and after sales service etc.;
Help customer recognize the value of Eletrolux Strategy, product, policy etc to his own business, and choose Electrolux as long-term business partner;
Leverage internal resources on sample display, SKU selection and quotation analysis, etc.
Identify the key competitor in the market and conduct competition analysis;
Set up the process for managing our projects business (use the Projects planning tool to provide management info and then use it as a tool to drive performance) and resources (specifically to develop the tools for us to track and improve KA team effectiveness);
Demonstrable expertise in driving a sales team to superior performance based on data and analysis.

Requirements and/or Advantages
University degree;
8 years or above project sales experience, among which 3 years managerial level experience;
Good relationship with Hengda Group is preferred;
Excellent negotiation skills and influencing;
Excellent Account management and project management;
Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
