You will be based in Madrid (Alcobendas) in a modern office setting with 120 colleagues dedicated to Customer Service, HR, Finance, Logistics and IT services across Spain and Portugal.

We are looking for passionate professional with entrepreneurial mindset and team player attitude who will create and execute a strategy plan for the builder’s channel and other customers in the kitchen retail channel.

In this role you will collaborate with different departments such as Marketing, Trade shopper marketing, Finance, Customer service. You will also have continuous contact with the sales area managers and account mangers that will be supporting in your sales activities.

Tasks and responsibilities:
·  You are responsible for the accounts within the real estate market and some KR channel selected accounts that are assigned to you, you maintain and improve your business relationships and you build a partnership with your customers to meet the assigned objectives (revenue, volume, average selling price and margin)
·  You will design and follow up a strategic plan for the kitchen channel.
·  You follow up on the merchandising of the existing products and you secure the launch of new products on the market
·  You will align on product portfolio strategy with Product line
·  You will have to negotiate annual contracts and conditions with the assigned customers and accounts.
·  You will be responsible for the pricing and commercial strategy for the channel in alignment with Electrolux strategy.
·  You continuously analyse the available product range in order to optimize business opportunities and also analyse competitors’ activities
·  You will have to align and decide on the best marketing strategy for the channel.
·  You develop effective sales and marketing actions to achieve sales objectives (promotions, pricings)
·  You develop and monitor the annual budget (revenue, margins, sales expenses) and you manage the forecasting process for sound inventory deployment and stock management
·  You follow up on product shipments to customers, you reassure the quality of the service and you take care of the financial outstanding

Education & skills:
·  You have a degree, preferably in Economics or Commercial field
·  You have solid experience (5 years or more) in (key-)account management on a national level
·  You have strong insights in marketing processes and hold sound sales and negotiation skills
·  You have a vast knowledge of the real estate market and already built up your network within this segment
·  You have great presentation and communication skill.
·  You know how to interact with the different stakeholders in the construction business, Architects, promoters, real estate agents.
·  Fluency in English is a must as there will be international reporting and continuous alignment with the headquarter
