A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Network Service Manager is responsible to manage and grant the delivery of Network Services according with agreed service levels
You will be responsible of teams and people (mainly external contractors) and suppliers of Network 

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Ensure successful planning and implementation of Network development projects to timescale, costs and quality requirements
• Manage network services investments, provision and resourcing according to organization policy and procedures
• Ensure consistent delivery and operation of high quality networking solutions, services and support to internal and external clients
• Monitor and report on the quality, effectiveness of network service management and performance to meet business and organization objectives
• Review and help identify and implement improvements to the provision of network service operations.
• Identify, design, implement and maintain effective policies, procedures, tools, techniques and plans relating to network service level management activities
• Ensure consistent standards of stakeholder communication and customer service

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in business administration or a technology-related field  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing and coordinating IT Technicak Staff supporting core technologies and services
• Experience in costs management disciplines 
• Experience in managing contractual agreements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, messaging systems, security technology and Internet core systems
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with: Unix or Linux and NT or W2K servers: configuration system tuning and troubleshooting; firewalls and screening routers: configuration and audit; Load balancing technology, high availability systems, intrusion detection systems, VPNs and PKI
