You will be based in Oslo in a modern office setting with more than 70 colleagues in functions such as Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Customer & Consumer Service. Our Nordic organisation collaborate across functions and country borders with one common purpose; to shape living for the better!
We are looking for a knowledgeable, driven Key Account Manager to handle one of our strategic customer accounts with a sizeable market share, online and offline in the Nordics. You’ll feel the pulse of the market, both long and short term and your proactive way of working ensures best in class experiences for our customer cementing our place as the number one supplier of white goods in the Nordics.
In this role, you should expect to travel as you will be either at the customer building and “nursing” a close relationship or at one of our offices, preparing and executing business plans and following up on results.
While leading and spearheading the relationship with this key account, you’ll be working in partnership to help your customer ‘sell out’. That involves collaborating with customers’ managers and your colleagues across the business, particularly the Trade Marketing Operations Manager, to own and build a client relationship that delivers mutual success and continues to grow. Free to leverage pricing, promotions, ambassador programmes, events and campaigns, you’ll hit targets your way, always with the consumer experience as top of mind.
Your main tasks:
• Leading the strategic partnership with your Key Account as well as manage a few local Norwegian accounts.
• Coordinating and cooperating with your customer and colleagues across the Nordics when delivering campaigns, optimizing range and securing an efficient local collaboration and sell-out.
• Support and improve the distribution strategy within the Nordic region.
• Degree in marketing, business administration or similar
• 3-5 years’ of experience in Product Management or Sales within Electrical/Appliance-, Retail-, or FMCG industry
• Knowledgeable in Key Account Management, including experience working with large retail customers
• Required languages: Fluent English & Norwegian/Swedish, written and spoken
