You will report to the Nordic Channel Manager Electrical Retail and be based in our headquarters in Stockholm.

A typical day

Leading and spearheading the relationship with your key customer, you’ll look beyond ‘selling in’ to working in partnership to help your customer ‘sell out’. That involves collaborating with colleagues across the business, particularly the Marketing, Product Line, Supply Chain and Controlling departments. Free to leverage and define the frame for pricing, promotions, ambassador programs, events and campaigns, you’ll hit targets your way, always with the customer experience front of mind. 

As Nordic Key Account Manager, you will manage the cross-border key accounts and develop as well as implement strategic plans and go-to-market models within your channels. You define and manage the sales targets and work together with Trade Marketing to deliver in-store & online execution strategies as well as product and sales training.

Education & experience
• Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or equal
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Product or Sales position from Air Conditioning, Electrical/Appliance-, Retail-, or FMCG industry
• Experience in Installer & D2C channels
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills and a financial understanding
• Excellent Project Management skills, able to plan and prioritize and comfortable to drive change
• Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel
• Fluent in English, any other Nordic language is a merit
