Nordic Online Sales Manager (Direct to Consumer)

As Nordic Online Sales Manager you support the evolving routes to market through Direct to Consumer (D2C) E-Commerce and through this play a very important part in delivering on our promise to our consumers.

Being the leader of Nordic Direct to Consumer Sales your mission is to develop and leverage new routes to market while delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. In your role you are given the opportunity to take full responsibility of commercially managing the web shops for the Nordics (Electrolux Home excluded) with the main objective to deliver engaging, effortless and simple consumer experiences. You succeed by finding ways to optimize the consumer journey as well as mobilizing great content and assets to engage the audience within three main areas; creation of great tasting food, caring better for our clothes and creating a healthy and clean home environment. We call it Taste, Care & Wellbeing.

You will as Nordic Online Sales Manager (D2C) report directly to the General Manager for the Nordic countries and be located in our headquarters in Stockholm or in any of the other three main Nordic locations; Oslo, Helsinki or Fredericia. 

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

• Develop and enforce the D2C e-commerce strategy
• Represent D2C e-commerce in the local Commercial Triangle and ensure a continued development across all commercial aspects and channel dimensions
• Understand market differences in the Nordics and adjust selling approaches accordingly in close collaboration with central team 
• Drive and coordinate the ranging and pricing activities for all product categories together with local stakeholders and our central D2C e-commerce team
• Review and actively drive promotion / activation activities and planning that are aligned with the sales strategy and other Electrolux channel activities and communication, both short/mid and longer term for each market
• Understand the mechanisms around SEO, SEM, email, display ads and social media to drive site traffic and generate demand
• Feed in forecasts volumes to demand planning team 
• Provide reports on weekly and monthly basis including analyses on performance that explain current KPI (e.g. conversion rates, traffic per channel, results from campaigns etc) trends and suggested corrective actions
• Collaborate with central and local sales, marketing, supply chain and product line to maximize the impact for the Nordic markets in the direct channel

Minimum experience:

• A bachelors’/ masters’ degree in relevant field 
• 3+ years working commercially with online sales / e-commerce 
• Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages
