Minimum Qualification

Shift: 5am – 3:30pm Monday – Thursday

Overtime: Friday & Saturday (when needed)

12 Hour weekday shift (when needed) 5am – 5:30pm

Stacks parts off of Presses into baskets, hangs or takes off parts in the finishing dept, or loads parts in the cavity cells.

• High School diploma or GED

   

   

• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

• Ability to stand up for 8 to 10 hour periods at a time.

• Able to work around powder paint, and work in areas that have elevated temperatures.

• Ability to perform assigned tasks on a moving overhead conveyors within the

    time-restricted breakdown designated for that task.

   

   

   

• New Associate/Safety – Once

• Overhead Crane Operator training - Once

• Environmental - Once

• Regulatory – Annually

• Environmental Regulatory - Annually
