Open location: role to be located preferably in Stockholm, Sweden but possible to be Germany, Italy or Poland as well.

We are now looking for an Online Sales Activation Manager to join the central E-Commerce team in Europe. This team’s core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. As Online Sales Activation Manager, your mission will be to plan, co-execute and evaluate D2C e-commerce commercial activities and campaigns in Business Area Europe with the main objective to grow online sales for all our product categories.

You will as Online Sales Activation Manager report to the Senior Online Sales Manager and make sure we drive profitable growth in the D2C E-commerce channel within Business Area Europe.


Your main tasks:

•Strategize, co-execute, and manage the D2C sales activation plan from conception to execution and analysis to drive profitable online channel growth

•Monitor demand, shopping behavior and other key metrics to optimize campaign performance and maximize conversion rate and revenue

•Provide reports and analyses on campaign performance and main e-commerce metrics e.g., customer acquisition, conversion rate, incremental sales, ROI

•Work closely with other departments such as online sales, marketing, product line, and loyalty teams to ensure cross channel alignment and maximize sales results

•Ensure campaign content (copy and images) is aligned with brand guidelines and sales objectives and follows best e-commerce practices

•Hands-on support to drive online sales in all digital channels including web shops, newsletters, PPC, social media, and affiliates

•Actively work to enforce the global D2C Ecommerce strategy, understanding the impact sales activations make on the overall business result



•A bachelor/master degree in relevant field

•Minimum 3 years of experience in D2C e-commerce

•Clear understanding of e-commerce mechanisms to drive demand and revenue

•Strong analytical skills

•Fluent English, any other European language is a plus

•Good general technical understanding of a typical e-commerce environment

o   Understanding SEO/SEM and other mechanisms that drive traffic

o   Excellent Google Analytics and Excel skills

o   Experience from working with SAP/ Hybris is a plus

o   Design skills is a plus

o   Copy skills is a plus
