You will be based in Krakow in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to central HR, Finance and IT services across Europe.

With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world, we need an experienced and team-oriented an OTC Team Leader who will be supporting OTC Department and managing an OTC Team.

Tasks:
· Lead and execute end to end OTC process
· Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary
· Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
· Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards
· Provide necessary business information
· Help keep the team focused and on track
· Work with process managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements
· Obtain and coordinate space, furniture, equipment, and communication lines for team members
· Establish meeting times, places and agendas
· Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentation
· Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams
· Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team
· Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
· Maintain Business relationships with local organizations

Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in post qualification accounting and finance (competent and experienced in OTC activities is a must)
· 1 to 2 years of experience in a middle management role (including staff management), experienced with Shared Service Centre environment, OTC area and people & change management
· Fluent level of English and Polish
· University Degree
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (team oriented personality)
· Problem solving skills,
· Conscientious, flexible and helpful character
· SAP knowledge would be an asset
· Experience in working in a multicultural, international environment
