POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Responsible in item pick/pack/ship & invoice billing in Spare Part Centre and to serve customer
in related with parts enquiry / issue.

JOB.DESCRIPTION

 1. Involve in sales order processing & warehouse operation (pick, pack, invoice & ship).

 2. Attend to customer (walk-in, call, fax, email & etc.) or ASC (service provider) on all the spare part enquiry & purchase related matters.

3.  Other tasks such as credit note processing & printing and cycle count/ stock count.

1. Diploma or Degree in Warehouse or Logistic.

2. Minimum with SPM qualifications.

3. Good verbal and oral communication skills.

4. Show interest in customer services

5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

6. Customer and result oriented

7. Able to work under pressure

8. Proficient in MS Office. (Excel & Words)

9. Able to write and converse well in Bahasa and English. Additional language i.e. Chinese dialects is desirable.
