Your Role

  •  Responsible for material planning & forecast, and handling of all inbound related activities.

A Typical Day

  • Material planning, forecast, and perform initial purchase for spare part of newly launch model.
  • Weekly order processing
  • Material standard cost, base price setup, and material extension to plant.
  • Liaise with regional hub, forwarder, and local supplier on inbound shipment
  • Perform inbound receiving (physical and system receiving)
  • Submit discrepancy claim to regional hub / local supplier
  • Handling on goods return from Authorized Service Contract, and process of Credit Note.
  • Assist on outbound activity when necessary.

Who You Are

  • Minimum Diploma holder. A Degree is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in material handling, forecasting, inbound activities, and customer service.
  • Good verbal and oral communication skills
  • Show interest in customer service
  • Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good with MS Office applications, especially Excel. SAP skills is added advantage.
