You will be based in our Site in Porcia or in our Headquarter in Stockholm working for our Group Patent organization. A team of more than 30 people located in 5 different countries. ((TAP, to be amended/adjusted))
As Patent Assistant you will work in the administrative staff of Electrolux Group Patents and will mainly carry out formal tasks for the management of the Electrolux patent portfolio. You may also be requested to assist in-house Patent Attorneys in their daily work with patents, such as with patent activities connected to the R&D projects.
Your main tasks:
• update of information in the Electrolux IP management system,
• instructions for patent extensions,
• management of invoices,
• management of emails in the centralized mailing box,
• management of EPO (European Patent Office) case management system and of EPO mail box.
The work may include also some support in budgeting and cost control, as well as support to patent attorneys with activities like docketing, deadline control, patent filing and patent prosecution.
• at least 2-3 years experience in working with patents
• Fluent in English
• Accuracy is key in this role and you will be attentive to details
• Experience in working with an IP management system such as Ipendo is highly valued.
