PD Document management Engineer
Job Objective :
Record and Manage Project Development Documents timely, and upload relevant documents in server;
Project status summarize and update;
Draft and maintain projects document template with cross function teams in R&D;
Make sure Project Documents can meet requirements with support from function teams in R&D;
General Office administration and Organize team activities;
Calculate & analyze R&D monthly Expense & Resource allocation with Line manager support;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities：
Ensure Document Control systems & processes meet project requirements.
Collect and Summarize project status information from R&D function team and fill in standard format weekly;
Ensuring project documentation is controlled, monitored, and recorded according to Project Services standards / specifications; conduct timely Document Control audits on project level and Implement continuous improvement activities.
Records Management (Archiving, Record Retention-hard copy & softcopy)
Draft and Maintain template format based on projects development requirements;
General office administration and Organize team activities;
1+ years working experience on document control and management area.
Experienced with MC software, like Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Good team work and demonstrate the capabilities to coordinate the work in different organization and culture.
Self-motivated, flexible, a team player. Must be highly motivated and a self-starter, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiar with home appliance projects development procedure is preferred.
Good ability of reading and writing in English. Fluent English speaking is preferred.
