In this position, you will be responsible for execution and maintenance of product ratings & review journey, product registration as well as the owner resources and purchase opportunities on our branded websites. This role works in collaboration with our Ownership Experience (OX) group, IT, and other areas of Digital Marketing to ensure programs are created based on business requirements, are tracked and analyzed thoroughly, and are optimized continuously to drive business results.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing programs from a digital marketing perspective, analyzing multiple inputs to determine status/optimization opportunities, working cross functionally to develop and execute work streams, and owning program KPIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive programs that support Loyalty aspects of consumer journey across functions.
  • Partner with Acquisition and Conversion Digital Marketing leads to track, manage, and improve a cohesive consumer journey.
  • Own the program health and analysis of product ratings and reviews, across internal and external parties, to drive optimal results.
  • Manage and optimize program health of consumer product registrations, partnering with IT and Ownership Experience to increase percent of product registrations.
  • Develop appropriate analysis tools (e.g. dashboards) to monitor Loyalty KPIs and socialize across the organization in standardize manner, working with internal and external data analysis support.
  • Create and improve processes for change management of Loyalty programs to ensure structured approach to modifications of Loyalty programs.
  • Coordinate creation and distribution of Loyalty content across digital channels (e.g. Brand websites, YouTube) to drive Loyalty KPIs.
  • Identify where gaps in assets or information exists and provide recommended solutions.
  • Regularly audit and evaluate Loyalty content effectiveness and optimize in ongoing, agile process.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with partner teams to ensure effective collaboration, transfer of knowledge, and feedback loops.

Minimum Qualification

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years related experience or equivalent experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience managing long-term (2+ years) digital programs with continuous improvement results.
  • Demonstrated track record of analyzing data from business metrics view and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with distributed content across digital marketing channels.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Expertise in detail-oriented execution of digital and/or marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing or integrating multiple marketing technology systems.
  • Basic understanding of Content Management Systems, SEO, HTML and Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of product ratings and review platform (e.g. BazaarVoice).
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
