Plant Manager - Fabric Care & Food Preparation
The Plant Manager will take care of both Fabric Care & Food Preparation plant to drive and deploy Electrolux’s manufacturing strategy that ensures ultimate satisfaction from the Customer.
Working closely with the Internal operation team, Regional and Global teams, to align strategy and deploy the best solution for manufacturing.
The key responsibility of this role is to lead the Manufacturing teams to effectively formulate and execute short-term operating plans and long-term capital investment programs to support achieving the Visions, Goals, and Missions of the Electrolux Thailand Manufacturing Operation.

A Typical Day
Lead the Manufacturing teams to effectively formulate and execute short-term operating plan and long-term capital investment program for support to achieve Visions, Goals and Missions of the Electrolux Thailand Manufacturing Operations
Manage Manufacturing resources efficiently to work with all levels of cross functional departments in order to be safe working environmental plant, assure high standard product & process quality levels, optimize manufacturing process performances
Cooperate with all levels and other departments to provide engineering troubleshooting, technical problem solving in design, develop and modify plant layout, process, machines, equipment, tooling, related to all functions of manufacturing, control system, Quality control, Maintenance, Industrial engineer, Production, Manufacturing engineers, and Purchasing
Train and coach of Manufacturing teams and other departments continuously for the technical engineering and manufacturing technology which support to plant operation for the plastic injection molding, tool & dies for press work, metal forming process, aluminum die casting injection mould, powder painting process specification, assembly techniques, packaging process standard, functional programming, safety & functional testing process, and plant & equipment maintenance
Who You Are;
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any fields 10-15 years experiences in Manufacturing.
At least 10-15 years in Manufacturing or OEM plants.
Strong experience related to product & process on manufacturing technology development & transferring, continuous process improvement activities of lean manufacturing & six sigma, and performance monitoring & control by business plan deployment
Well-understanding of other Department works, particularly Engineering, Product Development, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Accounting.
Has the ability to organize people and other resources to achieve objectives.
Strong experience related to product and process Engineering, Quality activities manufacturing technology development, Teamwork and transferring.
Able to participate effectively as head of management teams.
Able to effectively pass on acquired skills and experience to teams in order to improve department productivity and capability continuously.
Able to communicate very well (both written and verbal) to all levels of company personnel, and with outside contacts.
Able to manage the demands on time that result from a flat organizational structure, young and relatively inexperienced staff, and heavy workload.
Able to align the Company Vision, goals, objectives, and Critical Success Measures.
Ability to lead and maintain ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001, ISO-50001.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
