The Business Controller area of NoLA Cluster Sales Company with an office located in Miami, is in search of a highly qualified professional with high experience in “Price and Revenue Management”, which can support the organization with strategic, financial and commercial analysis, with the aim of making the best business decisions.

The position is responsible for managing the prices of the NoLA Cluster by monitoring the general strategy and the different sales channels such as: Retail, Own Stores, e-commerce, etc., having a clear visibility of Gross Sales, Discounts, Commercial Agreements and Net Sales of the Company.

  • Build-up of commercial policy and pricing structure by country, channels and customers
  • Monitoring and analysis of pricing strategy defined by the company
  • Provide visibility of Price waterfall from gross to Net
  • Participate on the S&OP process with the commercial team, sales operation and product line
  • Daily follow-up to sales and profitability vs plan
  • Analysis and evaluation of volume, price and mix impact
  • Evaluate and analysis for the return of investment (ROI) for all trade deals with customers
  • Analyze and daily follow-up of profitability by channel (retail, own-store, constructor, e-commerce, other), client and products
  • Actively participate on the financial planning process and forecast on pricing impact
  • Provide support to the business with analysis and strategy for the pricing decision-making
  • Ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management

Minimum Qualification


  • BA/BS degree in Business administration, accounting or commercial engineering
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in price management, commercial policy and commercial finance field
  • High knowledge on the price structure from the consumer to the net price of the company
  • Experience working with ERP and SAP price management module
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to generate information and analysis for business decision-making
  • Commercial and business oriented
  • Ability to manage business financial information and results
  • Ability to prepare reports to support the business operational follow-up
  • Team-work oriented
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skill
  • Knowledge of FP&A, commercial controller is a plus


Position is based in Miami, FL. International application is open to people interest in local contract
Candidate must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States


  • English and Spanish (Portuguese will be a plus)
