As a member of our Wellbeing Design Team, you will contribute to our bigger goal of making a positive impact on people’s everyday lives by creating meaningful experience solutions.


As a Principal Designer in Experience Design, you will lead the holistic analysis and synthesis of knowledge across projects, interjecting pertinent research across to other functions, and designing/facilitating cross-functional creative sprints/workshops.

You are a specialist in experience design and a mentor to upcoming designers. Your focus is on design quality, and you foster a culture of design critique within the team reassuring that the objective of the challenge is to drive the decision making.

You will help to shape the agenda and steering the conversation around experience design within a range of projects, and responsible for informing processes and approaches to solve problems and leading others to solutions.

You will drive creative content, within Wellbeing, inside the Design function with the recognition of those outside the function.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Service Design, Industrial Design or similar
·        5-7 years of relevant professional experience
·        Strong creative management and informal team leading skills
·        Expert level of software skills and overall computer literacy (Adobe, Microsoft etc)
·        Strong drive, learning ability and teamwork
·        Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken
