Your Role

Develop new project and variant project according to customer requirements by leading, managing and coordinating with cross function teams including periodic update to managements. Also, leading team to deliver result on time with high quality

A Typical Day

Develop new product as customer requirements with available technologies and aim to min. cost, max. Profit, shortest development time also generate new innovation for new product. Also working with cross-functional teams, multi-culture and have to ensure project launch on time.
Product Maintenance job scope always face unexpected issue or new request so must be prompt response and take quick action in order to keep Production Line running smoothly.
According limited of resource so need to handle several projects at the same time also need to support some activities of PC team
Develop new project by communication and alignment with PL & MKT
Summarize report and arrange check point meeting
Lead development projects weekly meeting with Cross function team
Update projects status and report to manager and director by weekly
Update project status and document in EPM Gate system
Counteraction for any issues of projects
Budget planning and control
Manage jobs of product maintenance to secure production line
Support some activities of PC team

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Tooling, Industrial, Electrical
Minimum 3 years experienced in Project Leader or Project Management
Strong background in product development
Expert skill in Design & Development of Home appliances product
Very good communication and coordinating skill with cross function teams and Managements
Strong Knowledge in standard requirement for SEA Countries, Australia, China, etc.
Strong Knowledge in Product structure, BOM, Product cost structure
Technical skills: Mechanical design, Plastic Injection, Stamping or Die Casting, Electrical component
CAD skills: CATIA, NX, Solid Work, etc. familiar with Team Center
Strong Leadership, project planning, budget setting & control, jobs prioritize & assignment, coaching
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Strong in English Communication and presentation skill
Awareness of Quality, Cost & Delivery
