Product Communication Specialist

Electrolux Europe marketing content management team is looking for a product communication specialist (Copywriting), who is passionate about marketing, consumers and brands to create and communicate engaging story telling content that go beyond our products and into consumer’s hearts, minds and homes.

Your everyday challenge
The best copywriter creates engaging, on-brand copy for use at-the-point-of-purchase across various touch-points, ensures a consistent brand tone. In addition to being a creative writer, you also demonstrate to be a strong project manager. 

You will be based in our Stockholm office, analyzing consumer insights, value propositions, touch-point requirements and turning all those into persuasive messaging – short and long forms of copies best suit different scenarios. Alongside creating copy content by yourself, you will also work closely with project managing external copywriting agencies as well as guide them in order to manage high production volumes and ensure that everything you deliver sounds like our brands.

Who you are

• You are the OWNER of all aspects of copy content creation; from the briefing phase, gathering stakeholder feedback and through to publishing the content in our CMS (Content Management System). 
• You are the COMMUNICATOR who align with all internal stakeholders to clarify briefs, understand touch-point requirements; write or direct creation of copy and ensure that the copy is in alignment with the brand Tone Of Voice as well as present it in a persuasive way.
• You are the SUPPORTER of the Content Production Manager Europe and the local entities to ensure the ongoing reporting process of any challenges or issues.

What we expect

Preferably Marketing, Creative Writing, Creative arts education background

Work experience:
3+ years of experience in producing copy content; preferably with experience in writing copy content for online and physical sales channels

• Write, edit and proof-read quality written content in English
• Strong project management skills
• Stakeholder managerment skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
• Understanding SEO/SEM and other mechanisms that drive online traffic
• Ability to create an internal network within the organization

Language: Business proficiency in English, skill in other European languages is a plus
