We're currently looking for our new Product Development Engineer, who will be responsible for the development of products and components within the Fabric Care Product Line.

As Product Development Engineer, you will help us by using all of your creativity to elaborate and contribute to new product development projects. As such, you will be expected to assemble prototypes and to analyze the assembly process of electro-electronic components at the suppliers and at Electrolux. You will also develop specifications for new components and 3-D models of components and assemblies through CATIA software. 

Other responsibilities will be the consultation, release and approval for product specifications and drawings in the PDM system, the use of development tools such as DFMEA/PFMEA for design improvement, and the analysis of linear and geometric tolerances in drawings. 

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics);
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic components;
- Knowledge of assembly of prototypes, components and products;
- Knowledge of PDM system;
- Knowledge of 3D modeling through CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks or similar);
- Knowledge of design improvement tools (DFMEA, PFMEA) and analysis of linear and geometric tolerances;
- Intermediate Office skills;
- Intermediate English.
