Product Line Controller – Wellbeing

We are now looking for a Product Line Wellbeing Controller to our team. You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to the Head of Product Line Wellbeing. You will play a key leadership role in enabling the Head of Product Line (PL) to deliver profitable growth through insightful analysis, pro-active decision-making support and action focused performance measurement. You will provide proactive financial leadership to the PL head and the team. You will lead the strategic planning, budgeting and reporting processes for the Product Line.

REGULAR DAY AT WORK
As Product Line Controller you’ll lead the Strategic Planning process for the Product Line together with the Head of Product Line and the team and support development of the strategic plan linked with the generation plan. You will own the Product Line Profit and Loss targets setting for the respective categories within Product Line. You will provide financial leadership, support the PL team to deliver long-term sustainable profitable growth and return on capital employed. You will work closely with the other Finance teams in theBusiness Area Europe, -CXO Team, Sales and Marketing to ensure efficient flow of financial information and delivery of the targets for the different categories in the P&L.

You will also optimize business performance by taking prompt actions and drive changes aimed at constant and consistent optimization of performance. You provide input and contribution as regards product IR. You will be able to drive portfolio analysis and execution to ensure right balance of product category profitability. You will report and follow-up on key PL financials through budget and seasonal target variance analysis. Along with the Head of PL, you will champion the right internal controls attitude within the Wellbeing PL Team& provide support to Global Experience Boards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 
•A Master degree economics, business management or finance.
•Preferred Career Experience in Sales or Product Line Controlling.
•Minimum of 7 years of business experience
•Solid Business performance reporting & analysis, strong financial accounting & reporting skills.
•Experience from working in a truly international environment. Working with people of all level and of multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
•Proven track record in project management.
•Fluent English, both written and spoken (any other European languages would be an advantage).
