Your Role

Product Manager is responsible for all Major Appliances and Small Domestic appliances products in Israel.

A Typical Day

  • Market Analysis and Strategy
  • Analyze Market situation – Market sizing, competition activities, Market pricing, and general market developments and dynamics.


  • Own category P&L in Israel.
  • Plan and Drive Topline and Bottom-line Growth Plan of the category
  • Fix the annual budget for PL categories together with Sales teams and agree on targets.
  • Monitor and review monthly sales and CTF performance.
  • Set pricing to maintain and meet profitability goals.

Product Launch

  • Work with Business Area Product Line teams to develop the regional range, plan phase-in/phase-out and review the gen-plan.
  • Drive new Product introductions and model launches in conjunction with the Sales team, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Determine product pricing by utilizing competition market data; reviewing production costs and anticipating volumes.
  • PRM development and maintenance.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from launch to phase-out

Commercial Product Line Responsibility

  • Co-ordinate the planning and schedule of new product launches together with marketing team in order to support the timely and successful launch of new products.
  • To establish strong relationships with Distributors, and key external individuals, in order to keep product lines updated considering requirements from the markets.

Range Management Tools

  • Category Range Management Tools Responsibility (ROL, PNC Activation Process )
  • Category Range File & Line-Up PPTs Management

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
  • Product Management Experience in Household Appliances Industry
  • Food Preparation Major Appliances Category experience is a plus
  • P&L Owning Experience
  • Analytical and computer skills
  • English is mandatory .Arabic and French are plus.
