Product Line Specialist 


As Product Line Specialist – Wellbeing & SDA you will together with the responsible CEE Cluster PL Manager and Country local Management Team develop and deploy a successful integrated commercial strategy for the finished products together with consumables and accessories, based on deep understanding of market, competitors and retail dynamics. Ultimately, you will ensure effective ranging, management of the life cycle of the products in the category and effective launch execution.

To succeed in this role, you have good business acumen, ability to see the bigger picture and take decisions in line with the overall strategic direction combining strong analytical skills, passion for products, commercial aptitude and attention to detail. You will have a wide exposure within the organization with many cross-functional contacts centrally as well as local Product Line and Sales counterparts in European clusters.

This is a position based in Budapest or Warsaw, we are looking for someone who has 1~3 years of experience preferable in product line range management.

A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

Your focus will be the following:

• You will be responsible for ranging tasks of existing ranges, in new product development projects as well as initiating and coordinating NVRs (New Variant requests). Ranging tasks includes for example updating of systems (ROL etc).
You will create/update product trade presentations and product sheets for the new launches (Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi)
• You will maintain cluster product range files based on new launches and maintain also the country-specific ranges files 
• You will support on all product marketing-related topics (pictures missing, additional product information etc.) 
• You will support with training presentations, help with the organization of product trainings
• For BU: You will prepare and update the launches (add products and relevant product information per country based on their status, availability, any other changes) and in a next step analyze sales plans per country
• You will identify local market sweet spots by channel and development of product ranges, pricing and competitive advantages to capitalize on the opportunities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in business or Marketing 
• 1~3 years of experience working in product line, marketing, sales or similar fields 
• Strong analytical capacity and ability to process large and a variety of types of data
• Interest in new developing product categories and business models
• Shows integrity and openly shares opinions and facts in a constructive way
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint are a must)  
• Fluent English
