The role is based in our office in Riga, Latvia

Ensure long-term share of market and sales growth for Electrolux company brands of finished goods (FG) and MDA Consumables &Accessories (C&A) in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania via implementing the Product Line strategy in the Baltic’s Countries in the day to day operations concerning ranging, pricing, product launches, driving initiatives and closing gaps and finding new opportunities

Reporting to General Manager Estonia and Latvia and functionally to CEE Product Line Care Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a competitive product range - FG and C&A
• Market and product analysis to optimize product mix and profitability 
• Validate and monitor pricing to ensure continuous profitability of portfolio
• Leading or participating in products’ related projects both in country and cluster
• Looking for and propose improvement opportunities in company’s way of working / processes followed by implementing approved changes
• Process ownership of new product launches including phase in and phase out 
• Support to local adaptation of product catalogues 
• Provide photos, specifications and other product data to customers for their promotional material 
• Monitor competition 
• Ensure product data accuracy is maintained within our systems 
• Communicate to customers for agreement of product strategy, portfolio and line-up
• Portray a professional image of the company

• Higher education / university degree in the field of economy/ business
• 3+ years of experience in product management or equivalent
• MS Office (Word, Excel with Pivot tables, PowerPoint) 
• Analytical and strategical thinking
• Problem solving attitude
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, Russian and 1 local language (Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian)
• Home appliances market knowledge
• People leadership experience as well as team-player with good relationship building skills 
• Focused on targets, deadlines oriented 
• Ability to manage people and processes
• Enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active
