As Software is playing an increasingly greater role in enabling digital consumer experience, we are becoming more consumer-focused and agile, faster to respond to market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities.
As such, we are building the Group Digital Organization and looking for a Product Manager Digital Experience Care to help us deliver highly scalable services and world-class product experiences for our connected appliances.
Product Managers are at the heart of our customer experience obsession, always making decisions in their customer’s favor, striving to solve their challenges or delighting them shaping living for the better along with them. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional product teams to create the next generation of Electrolux Digital products.
We learned how important it is to maintain a tight collaboration across competence areas in order to reach the vision of a team. As a Product Manager, you are the expert of collaboration. While your own role might not require you to design, code, perform data analysis, or practice law, understanding the role and speaking the language of the designer, engineer, analyst, and legal expert is required. You work continuously to create strong collaborations within your cross-functional teams, making use of the various backgrounds, perspectives, and knowledge in order to create world-class products.
As a Product Manager you take responsibility over developing a vision for your Product to ensure the teams can work towards a common purpose, identify what’s important or not, and stay focused while delivering value to our customers.
As Product Manager you will own the roadmap to define, build, and launch new and inspiring ways for customers to enjoy the Electrolux products. You will partner with business and technology leadership in initiating, prioritizing, owning and driving the long-term vision, strategy, and deliverables to meet key objectives in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. You will be responsible for innovating and executing relentlessly well on multiple areas, including Vitals, Monetization, Discoverability and continuous delivery of the Experience.
A high degree of entrepreneurial drive, a trait to proactively engage with different stakeholders as well as the ability to navigate within an ambiguous and dynamic environment are core characteristics for a successful candidate.
Your main tasks:
• Understand markets dynamics, competition, and user needs in depth
•Assess the market opportunity and forecast projected revenue, CAC, LTV and market share
•Build product strategy, including definition of scope, roadmap, budget and KPIs
•Work with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, data scientists and more
•Own and articulate end-to-end product requirements across multiple teams
•Define and prioritize core use cases, supported by user and competitive research and insights
•Author Themes and Epics and drive agile product planning with engineering
•Collaborate with Engineering and Design, to define initial proofs of concept, integrating findings into the roadmap, and drive the product from prototype to launch to usage and profit
•Create an end-to-end product experience that is simple to deploy and easy to manage, partnering with Design
•Evangelize the product strategy internally (e.g., with product lines, sales, engineering, other organizations) and externally (e.g., with customers and partners)
•Identify and prioritize internal Electrolux product integrations, partnering with appropriate business units within the company
•Engage with product teams to ensure requirements are clear, delivery plans are captured and communicated, and progress towards deliverables is maintained
•Work closely with Engineering to understand what is practical, time efficient and possible to build
•Act as product champion and primary contact for all product related questions and communication engagements for your product portfolio
•Drive customer adoption through all phases of the product lifecycle, including pilot, beta, launch and post-launch
•Establish and manage metrics and milestones to ensure ongoing tracking of roadmap
•Champion market feedback loop by establishing clear processes to obtain quantifiable user data, issues and tickets, and by setting usage metrics to monitor and improve the product
•Represent your product and set appropriate expectations with the business through product forums to ensure your teams have the right levels of support
•Participate in business development and partnership building activities (demos for potential partners, roadmap alignments), actively maintaining and growing the ecosystem of partners
•BS/MS in Design, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience, Business/Management background would be a plus
•5+ years of Product Management experience in an agile environment
•Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to consumers
•Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into business and product requirements
•Technical expertise with digital products as mobile apps and go-to-market models
•Hands-on nature with a strong interest in technology and digital products
•Natural sense for the latest trends and insights in mobile and digital, and a clear vision and point of view on taking the Electrolux product portfolio to the next level
•Experience in working with remote teams
•Proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment
•Cultural awareness as well as the ability to function well in a large global environment and to work effectively across internal and external organizations
•Experience managing digital products at scale
•Excellent relationship-building capabilities and ability to manage senior stakeholders and their expectations
•Strong analytical mindset & ability to make strategic product decisions based on data and qualitative information.
•Great written and verbal communication skills, confidence in presenting in front of audiences of all sizes
•Experience of digital products within the IoT domain would be nice to have
•Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
