The Product Marketing Manager, Ownership will develop a deep understanding of our target audiences to ensure that new services solve real consumer problems, ensuring that the voice of the consumer drives our decision-making and content creation.

Working with the Ownership Solutions team, he or she will also lead the end-to-end launch process, working across functions and geographies to deliver compelling launch and post-purchase materials for the markets to execute.

A Typical Day

Work closely with the Insight team to develop a deep knowledge of our Target Audiences to drive effective messaging development.
Create insight-based Experience Value Propositions (XVPs) for new Ownership projects.
Work with the BA Ownership Solutions team to ensure that our services pipelines are equipped to deliver best in class consumer experiences supported by strong, relevant claims.
Support the Product Marketing Managers for Taste, Care, and Wellbeing to bring the Ownership and post-purchase experience into focus for new product development projects from the beginning.
Take the lead on content briefing and development to support all new service and C&A launches across the region.
Take the lead on all content briefing and development for onboarding and connectivity across Taste, Care, and Wellbeing categories.
Work with the BA Content team and external agencies to develop assets that drive conversion and loyalty for Ownership Solutions.
Work with the BA Brand team to create always-on content that drives awareness and conversion for our services propositions.
Work alongside the BA Brand team to ensure that initiatives advance our global purpose, brand pillars, and company sustainability targets.
Together with the wider Product Marketing team, share best practices, identifying opportunities to drive synergy and scale across the BA.
Evaluate launch success, analyse performance, learn, always improve.

University degree in Marketing or related area.
5+ year’s professional experience in consumer-driven companies in either ownership, post-purchase, loyalty, or marketing functions with proven results.
Fluent in English (oral & written)
