You will be based in Assago (MI) in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and other functions.



In this role you will oversee the implementation of the Product Line Strategy in the Cluster for the related product categories.

You will support the Cluster Product Line Manager in the day-to-day operation concerning the ranging, product launches, pricing, driving initiatives that allow the related product categories to grow fast and to reach the KPIs.



•Continuous monitoring of market trends, competition and price positioning (Gfk, Ideostat, Promostat, Swg, etc), delivering reports and analysis.

•Provide inputs and feedback for new product development during the Generation Plan Process.

•Close and daily co-operation with European PMs to manage product life cycle maintenance activities.

•Cluster ROL responsible for the related categories (phase in-out activity, ensure product range commonality and complexity reduction).

•Ensure proper sales forecasting, monitoring slow/non mover/old products by taking actions and follow-up.

•Set pricing across product ranges and channels.

•Monitor sales performance and suggest actions to deliver business KPIs.

•Support Brand and Trade Marketing organisation in preparing product presentations, catalogues, folder, POS material to support product launches.

•Support Product Trainers.

•Provide Sales Organisation with – continuously updated – detailed product info, market launch and pricing.

•Cooperate with KAM/AM to set up listings & promos presence according to objectives, for key customers.

•Active participation during fairs, convention, events & products presentations with key customers.

•General support during budgeting process



•Previous experience in a similar role (2 to 4 years ideally)

•Able to work in complex organizations with various stakeholders both at national and international level.

•Energetic and self-motivated.

•Team player with good communication skills.

•Strong analytical mindest.

•PowerPoint and Excel strong skills area a must.

•Fluency Both in written and spoken English and Italian is a must.
