Your Role

The mission of Project Management Assist Manager is to first focusing on ESC Biz Model Paid Service .To define the role of responsibility and project operation framework to implement, tracking, coordinating as objective to meet with timeline and direction. This role will work closely with line manager – Consumer Service Manager TH and International Markets

This position will be responsible for new initiative project strategic planning under our after sales team called ownership solution (OS) ,which are involving Contact Center Development, OS Revenue Development, Electrolux Delivery Plus, D2C to support our growing aftermarket business for Thailand and International Market.  You will be working in a team based at our office in Bangkok, Thailand and well coordinate with BA regional support teams.

So as a function leader for the aftermarket, your operation and relationship building skills will be critical to the continued flow of materials to our new and existing customers and consumers

A Typical Day

To determine Thailand Exclusive Service Center Operations operational strategies by conducting consumer and needs assessments, service level expectations, performance reviews and costs/benefits analyses.
To be Project Leader Management for existing as ESC Paid Service Model to support on operations and /or new opportunity to turn Authorized Service Contractor to be ESC Model in Thailand Country and continue to be project leader on new assign projects
To kick-off project management with project milestone & timeline with conducting bi-weekly/ Monthly update & review.
Initiate and follow through on action plans. Focus on organization, process & tools, capability development and governance model in line with Regional BA ( Legal involve on agreement, finance & accounting, ESC operation, and related function concern)
Establish and improve monitoring procedures and KPI Dashboards ( new SOP official for ESC model initial for Thailand and offering to SEA region)
To manage budget under approved growth fund and drive all related activities to meet objective, timeline and strategy
Setting contractual requirements and conditions with this project to achieve desired objective
Standardize and harmonize the ways of working across all countries (under ESC Model), in line with the overall strategy and framework
Update and maintain current tools, evaluates and implements necessary new technologies and processes
Define business requirements for new IT Tools aligned with BA
Support the development of training material, and implementation of training programs
Setup and drive continuous improvement projects within Field operations
Close collaboration with Spares operations team to ensure spare part availability and agreed service levels are met
Project management and coordination with the continuous improvement team.
Develop and implement related programs to improve after-sales service and consumer experience through ESC model.
To coordinate with related cross functions to drive project implementation smoothly

Minimum Qualification


Bachelor degree in any fields
5-10 years of relevant work experience in project management, After market service, Contact Center Management or Business Development
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Equipped with strong communication and negotiation skills, you are expected to get your message across to different levels of an organization both internally and externally.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with stronger skills in excel.
Good team player with interpersonal skill
Proven leadership capabilities (including remote)
Ability to successfully manage turnaround processes with financial acumen, Analytical thinking and Negotiation skills
Change Management and implementation. Service minded, flexible, action oriented
IT skills / MS Office
Willing to travel/ onsite meeting
