Your Team/Your Role

The Project Manager should manage new product development projects according to the PMF process, from planning the project until production start / product launch.
New product projects are managed from the Development Centers located in Shanghai, Stockholm, Bloomington and Curitiba. The products will be produced either in our own factories or by OEM suppliers, mainly located in China.


A Typical Day

To plan, manage and execute product development projects.
To ensure that aspects such as project timing, investments, product cost, quality and performance are delivered according to specification.
To report project status to the Project Steering Committee and Project Office Manager.
To lead a truly cross-functional project team with representatives from all relevant functions located.
To develop and improve the project management processes together with the rest of the group.

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are

Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience from Small Appliances and Vacuum cleaners is an advantage.
Ability to perform under pressure and adjust to changing requirements.
Ability to assess problems and take the appropriate course of action.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and graphic), in order to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal skills, can interact effectively and build relationships with persons of  various cultures and hierarchical levels.
Solid business understanding.
Willingness to travel.
