You will be based in Electrolux Food Preservation site in Susegana (TV) only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment. Here you will work together with nearly 1400 colleagues from different functions, and various nationalities, with the common goal to create the refrigeration of the future.

Mission of the role is to drive Cold Products development projects securing they are executed with the right timing, at the right cost level, with the expected product performances and quality according to product line expectations.

You will drive product development projects, ensuring proper coordination of all elements needed to complete a project monitoring and driving deliverables to be within time and budget.

On a typical day at work your responsibilities will include the following:
·        Lead product development, launch and maintenance partnering with R&D/Purchasing/Quality/Product Care teams to find innovative solutions for cost reductions and quality improvements
·        Control a project time schedule and planning, budgeting, and controlling costs. Ensuring the project delivers on agreed time and cost.
·        Identify risks that might affect the project and develop with the project team the needed mitigation plan to prevent and reduce negative impact on a project.
·        Drive product and feature development based on product line requirements 
·        Participate in supply chain planning with factory, operations, and supply chain groups
·        Work with the group Design team, Marketing, and Product Line to achieve successful launch of new products in the market.

·        Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or Engineering is preferred.
·        At least 3-5 years of experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and tasks in a fast-paced multinational environment.
·        Excellent problem-solving attitude with particular focus on Quality & Risk Management processes.
·        Demonstrated ability to negotiate with both internal and external parties.
·        Attitude to continuous improvement in all the job areas.
·        Ability to work both autonomously & in group settings, a self-starter.
·        Flexibility in travel abroad.
·        Proven ability to work effectively with diverse international teams across time zones.

Required languages:
•  Written and spoken fluent English
