POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
- Responsible for sale performance (sales out) as target set and merchandising in the responsible area/account.
- Manage shop stock in order to minimize the stock shortage problem.
- Manage, supervise, support and train OE team.Prepare sales report and keep monitor competitor’s activities and report to Channel Manager.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. To monitor OE team in order to achieve sales out target in each accounts (35%)
2. Manage shop stock in order to minimize the stock shortage problem (15%)
3. Ensure that merchandising at shop front is in line with company direction (5%)
4. To monitors competitor’s activities and report to Channel Manager (5%)
5. Coordinate with OE and concern parties re. pricing, promotion, stock, company news (5%)
6. Product training and selling skills training to OE (10%)
7. Prepare weekly sales out report and monthly report to support team (10%)
8. Solve any problems at shop front for OE and check OE attendance (15%)
- Minimum high school graduated
- At least 3 years sales experience in household appliances
- Fair command in English.
