The Promotion Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the company’s profitable growth, driving the conversion and increasing sell out through planning, execution and evaluation of consumer promotions in retail and online platforms.
This position will lead the overall strategy, implementation, and evaluation of promotional activities from planning to execution. It involves cross-functional collaborations, to include interactions with Product Line, Supply Chain, Ownership Solutions and Sales teams.
A Typical Day
CONSUMER PROMOTIONS PLANNING AND EXECUTION
Create quarterly and tactical consumer promotion plans that ties into the country’s overall strategy and objectives, reflecting current business needs and product focus, within defined budget.
Ensures plans to have multiple levels of promotional support i.e.: national, selected channels or dealer- level promotions, reflecting differentiated shopper needs of each of the channels/ trade partners.
Propose best working mechanics of promotions supporting the Electrolux brand image and values.
Align timings and targets with retail, sales and product line colleagues, as well as obtain final approval for the activity before moving to execution phase.
Brief the 360 Marketing team responsible for development of proper messaging, visuals, in-store and online promo materials.
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation for each of the promotions to be used by sales team for customer discussions as well as Electrolux promoters training.
Ensure that promotions are properly executed in stores. This will be supported by TMO (Trade Marketing Operations) Specialist responsible for in-store deployment.
Responsible in securing the DTI permits for all national promotions.
CONSUMER PROMOTIONS EVALUATION
Track and monitor promo implementation per account. Ensure all deviations are accounted for, documented and communicated to stakeholders on a timely manner.
Run post promotions quarterly analysis to understand and measure their impact on sell out, market shares, achievement vs targets and ROI (return on investment);
Share promotional results and findings with other stakeholders within the company and present recommendations for further effectiveness improvement
From time to time, maybe tasked to oversee the completion of a project or be given temporary additional role/s to stretch capabilities for growth and development within Electrolux.
Work with Electrolux internal and external stakeholders. Can be leaders both from a country level and region perspective.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field;
Fluent in English (oral and written);
At least 3 years of experience in marketing or product management;
Strong understanding of demand generation principles, tactics and tools;
Experience in retail marketing, consumer offers and promotions;
