MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1.Manage area/account to achieve sales target 35%
2.Keep looking for opportunities to expand business in area/account in responsibility 15%
3.Supervise and manage Promoter operation for the company’s policies 15%
4.Expand market size and market share in responsible area/account 10%
5.Forecast monthly report in order to keep the right stock preparations 5%
6.Meeting with other departments to communicate sales problem, feedback and competitors activities 10%
7.Keep responsible for merchandising to reach brand image of company 10%
Key Interfaces :
Internal : Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources Department Customer Service Department
External : Buyers, Replenishment Department, Promotion Department, Training Department, Section Manager, Consumer
- Bachelor degree in any fields.
- Sales experience in home appliances, electric devices
- Product knowledge.
- Able to communicate in English.
